GRC is offering a unique opportunity for suitably experienced and motivated operators to enter into a lease for the Tondoon Botanic Gardens Café. GRC is offering a lease term of an initial three (3) years with a further option of two (2) years on the terms and conditions provided in the lease (refer to Section Two – Conditions of Contract). The café has had high patronage in the past and has been completely refurbished. The refurbishment includes amenities, kitchen, storage, deck, access ramps and a private function room. The cafe has seating capacity for 60 people on the deck area (or 180 people standing) and seating capacity for 16 within its private function room/internal dining area. GRC will negotiate operating times with the successful tenderer which could include weekends and evenings.
