Summary and scope
Biosolids and sludge produced at BRC’s Treatment Plants are currently managed through a combination of bins and trucks and disposal through land application or landfill disposal. The purpose of this invitation to offer is for Council to engage a contractor to collect the biosolids/sludge from the various facilities and apply to land in compliance with regulatory requirements or dispose of at landfill. The contract will be for one year with the option of two extensions, one year each (i.e. 1 + 1 + 1).
