2024/134 Langtree Mall Placemaking Project

Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to deliver a package of infrastructure asset works for Langtree Mall. Tenders for one, multiple or all placemaking projects will be accepted, however applicants who submit proposals for all placemaking projects will be preferred. The scope of works for this Contract is to provide design and construction of five placemaking projects that have been identified to be delivered in the 2023/24 financial year. These are: • Project 1: Relax on the lawn • Project 2: Seasonal displays of green • Project 3: Enjoy space under lights • Project 4: Clearer music + public address • Project 5: Stay cool on a hot day with Mall misters ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
