Council preference is for the supply of PN16 (Light Weight) fittings. This Preferred Supplier Agreement's purpose is to ensure that the Council has a supplier capable of delivering the necessary materials in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Council intends to enter into an agreement with the successful tenderer in the form of a Goods Contract with a fixed pricing schedule. Council intends to enter into a five (5) year Preferred Supplier Agreement with the successful respondent.
