Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Dry Hire of Equipment (24040)

Summary and scope

Maranoa Regional Council is seeking Suppliers for Dry Hire of Equipment (i.e. listed equipment with no operator) to supplement Council’s own resources of plant. The plant and equipment may be used in both rural and urban localities and across all facets of Council’s operations including, but not limited to: • Roads, Drainage & Parks • Water, Sewerage & Gas • Waste Management • Saleyards • Airports • Stock Route Water Facilities Within the Dry Hire of Equipment Tender Response, Suppliers are invited to nominate one or more location/s across the region that they would like to service and will be asked to provide details of the plant and equipment they have available. This will also assist in the case of emergency, as Council will have ready access to equipment across the region. The purpose of this tender is to establish a NEW Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Dry Hire of Equipment. This current Register expires on 31 March 2024 and existing suppliers DO need to re-apply. This NEW Register will expire on the 31 October 2029.
