RFQ 2324 - 46 GOONDIWINDI CINEMA – NEW PROJECTOR & SERVER

Summary and scope

Work Details Removal of the existing projector and server (excluding batteries and sound) and replacement with new laser digital projector (lens to suit) including: Supply, delivery (to the nominated delivery location) and installation of the new laser digital project with lens to suit, Laptop, for use with projector, SR1000 IMB, at least 4Tb storage. The new laser digital projector must be compatible with existing NEC brand projector, in second cinema. Installation works must include connectivity to existing fire safety equipment and programming requirements. General Specifications (a) All goods and/or services must be in accordance with the included specification and conditions. (b) The specifications shown are considered minimum requirements. (c) Supplied rates are to include all costs including delivery of new projector and removal of existing. Timeframes (a) The supply of goods and/or services under this contract are to be delivered to Level 1, 92 Marshall Street, Goondiwindi QLD 4390 as soon as available prior to 22 March 2024. Evaluation Process & Criteria Quotations shall be evaluated using the following criteria and weighting: (a) Price 90%; and (b) Availability to meet specified timeframes 10%; A local preference margin of 5% shall also apply to the pricing component in the evaluation process.
