Mount Barker District Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake Council's Gravity Mains Replacements program for the 2023/24 year. Background and general information are provided in the RFT document attached, together with a full specification, drawings and other relevant tender documentation. Any queries must be requested via vendorpanel and a response will be provided. Tenderers are advised that as per clause 3.3.3.1 of the RFT Document, there is to be A MANDATORY SITE BRIEFING, to be held at 9.00am on Tuesday 28th November 2023. UPDATED 28/11/23 - TENDERERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE ABOVE SITE BRIEFING HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL 9.00AM ON FRIDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2023. The briefing is no longer mandatory but is strongly recommended that you attend to get an appreciation of the project requirements. Please notify tenders@mountbarker.sa.gov.au of your intention to attend. Refer clause 3.3.3.1 of the RFT document for details of the briefing venue.
