The work to be executed under this Contract is sewer main rehabilitation using an insitu structural liner and, where ordered, the insitu relining of the junction between the sewer main and the lateral service. The purpose of the liner is to replace the pipeline’s structural integrity and to prevent infiltration and exfiltration.
