Summary and scope

Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) is seeking an operational technology focused software solution designed for use with Industrial Control Systems. To meet business and audit compliance requirements, the offering shall have contemporary and intuitive mechanisms to provide audit history of records, store and manage configuration items in a secure manner and be scalable to ensure future flexibility. - The Contract, TRC000261 - Operational Technology Configuration Management System, will be a Comprehensive Contract under the QITC Framework. - Council's key requirements for the Contract are set out in Contract Requirements (Appendix B). - Offerors are required to respond to Contract Requirements (Appendix B). - Council will develop and issue a draft Contract to a preferred offeror taking into account the offeror's response to Contract Requirements (Appendix B). - Council reserves the right to negotiate any part of the offeror's response to Contract Requirements (Appendix B).
