Summary and scope

Mount Isa City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of 2023 DRFA restoration works on the below listed roads for this Tender Package: This scope is split into 2 portions as follows: Thorntonia Yelvertoft Road pavement stabilisation and sealing works (Form 4 line items 49, 50, 70, 71) Separable portion 2 (Practical Completion by 31st October 2024) Thorntonia Yelvertoft Road restoration works Old Mays Downs Road restoration works Gunpowder Road restoration works Mount Oxide Road restoration works Kajabbi Road restoration works Duchess Road restoration works The roads must be completed in the order of precedence listed above and dates submitted for completion of each individual road will be listed in the Contract as a milestone date. Contract award date: 15th March 2024 Practical completion date: As nominated above. Please see attached documents for full scope of works. Please find that Mount Isa City Council will close between lunch time on the 22rd December 2022 and re-open on the 2nd of January 2024, please find that if you load any questions/queries between these dates we will not be responding to until we resume work on the 3rd January 2023.
