Contract No. T23003 – Green Wall Maintenance Services

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited for the provision of Green Wall Maintenance Services. The City of Stonnington is seeking a preferred supplier to deliver programmed Green Wall Maintenance Services at specific sites across the municipality: TH King Oval Pavilion – 1650 High Street, Glen Iris, Victoria. Glendearg All Saints Malvern Tennis Club – 256 Wattletree Road, Malvern, Victoria. Council Office – 311 Glenferrie Road Malvern, Victoria. Council recognises that the management and maintenance of green walls is a specialised service and is seeking qualified and experienced service providers to manage and maintain its existing green walls and roof garden (with additional sites to be considered in the future). Due to the height and location of the gardens, these maintenance activities are classified as high risk with the use of ladders and specialised height equipment to be adopted. The Green Wall Maintenance Services will be provisioned under a Lump Sum Contract and a ‘total scope of work’ quotation is sought (rather than ad hoc services provision based on a schedule of rates). NOTE: The VendorPanel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
