Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is redeveloping the Kearneys Spring Clubhouse Amenities (KSCA) building situated 937-959 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba. At present the building's changeroom and toilet facilities can no longer effectively support its users. The work encompasses demolition of the existing amenities block (Circa 1991) and construction of a new building to incorporate additional toilets and multifunctional areas that are compliant with modern standards and increased participant and spectator demands. This will include additional PWD compliant toilets, ambulant toilets, unisex toilets, unisex showers, first aid room and multi-functional space.
