As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Program for the year 2023-24, Council is upgrading the Conder Room and surrounding spaces at The Centre Ivanhoe (275 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe VIC 3079). The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project. The works include, but not limited to the following: • Demolition works; • Upgrade the Conder room and foyer (Stage 1); • Construction of a new accessible toilet and storeroom and upgrade amenities (Stage 2); • Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing); and • Site clean-up.
