Summary and scope
Ipswich City Council (Council) is currently on a journey to mature the way that customer and community feedback and sentiment is collected, combined, analysed, reported on, and used to drive continuous improvement and broader Customer Experience Program objectives, as part of its Customer Experience Program. Council is seeking to leverage the inbound streams of Voice of the Customer (VoC) data received across multiple channels to enable a consistent approach of monitoring and actioning on real time and lag data. This is to ensure actions improve end user experience and are guided by accurate, current, and consistent data collection, analysis, and reporting. Council is seeking a Voice of the Customer solution and implementation services that are fit-for-purpose for the local government environment and can be effectively operationally managed by Council staff after the solution has been implemented.
