Summary and scope
The City of Gold Coast (Client) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified, experienced quantity surveyor and programmer to develop cost plan, program of works (optional scope Provisional Sum P4) during the development of Concept Design for the new Home of the Arts (HOTA) 1800 seat Lyric Theatre, and to undertake Procurement Pathway Analysis to inform future decision making. The consultant will be involved with the project team throughout the Concept Design stage, scheduled for completion by September 2024, with final cost plan and program to be finalised by October 2024. The consultant is required to have previous Lyric Theatre experience.
