2024/169 Supply and Delivery of Compostable Liners

Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders from suppliers to provide kitchen caddy liners (including inks and dyes) which must conform to Australian Certified Compostable Standard AS4736 and be marked in accordance with AS4736 – 2006. The size and shape of the compostable liners are required to be at least 485mm in length and 390mm wide, the opening of the liner is to be the same size as the width. Liners need to have enough spare bag over the top of the caddy to allow people to tie the bag for removal. Liners must be a minimum of 20µm in thickness. Liners need to be delivered in rolls of 100 for 25,000 caddy units. ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
