Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to provide Landscape and Play Improvements to the existing Nowingi Place Playground. INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory. Key Factors: Pump Track Supplier Parkitect, model Global, Track Length 55m. Material GRFP Glass fibre reinforced polymer. Shade Sail area 17m2, min finished height above finished ground level 2.7m. Colour to be confirmed on award. Rock lined sandpit, utilise 11x existing site rocks, install washed play pit sand as per construction detail. Conform to AS4685 Construct concrete paths as per detail. Exposed finish to match reserve standards. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
