Summary and scope
The Town of Gawler (the Council) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct (D&C) Contractor to undertake the design (the Services) and reconstruction of the Pioneer Park Heritage Wall and associated infrastructure, including restoration of the McKinlay Monument at 157-159 Murray Street Gawler, 5118 (the Works), a State Heritage listed place. The Tenderer shall provide the Services & Works as outlined in this Request for Tender, in accordance with the Specifications and requirements nominated in Section D and as identified in the Contract Technical Specification (Attachment 2). A site briefing will be held on 15 May 2024 at 1.00pm, including inspection of existing site conditions followed by a briefing session at the Gawler Administration Centre.
