Replace box gutter with stainlees steel gutter, flashings and seal. Replace downpipes. Replace all ceiling sheets of Portico – allowance for new lighting. CTRC electricians to install lighting. Remove sunken concrete around posts, compact and re-set. Paint ceiling, fascia, posts, and downpipes. Replace damaged ceiling in World Theatre Box Office. Repaint ceiling in Box Office.
