Summary and scope
Council wishes to establish a maintenance agreement with a single supplier to manage its Digital Two-Way Radio service. The offeror will be responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of the Digital Two-way Radio service by undertaking proactive initiatives such as, but not limited to, preventative maintenance activities, lifecycle replacement, system monitoring, troubleshooting and remedial works in alignment with agreed Service Levels. Additionally, to assist Council in developing current and future Digital Two-way initiatives, the offeror will also be expected to provide impartial advice to meet business requirements.
