Expression of Interest For the Provision of Construction Services for AIID Main Works

Summary and scope

The University of Melbourne is inviting Respondents to submit a formal response to this Expression of Interest (EOI) to undertake the Main Works construction of the AIID under a Novate Design and Construct contract. The University is seeking an appropriately experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the completion of Main Works Construction for a new purpose-built biomedical research facility to house the Australian Institute for Infectious Disease (AIID). This will be a world-leading facility to assist in the fight against infectious diseases and global health issues and to ensure that AIID achieves its vision and objectives.
