IRC-E&I-0624-T373 Regional Pavement Renewal Works - TMR Roads 2024

Summary and scope

Isaac Regional Council (Council) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake restoration works on a number of state-controlled roads, after deterioration of the roads has led to major safety concerns for road users. Roads included in this contract are: ? Dysart-Middlemount Road (519) ? Peak Downs Highway (33A) ? Sutter Developmental Road (82A) The Scope of Work is detailed in Part 4 - Scope of Works and generally involves road pavement reconstruction by way of cement stabilised pavement repairs, excavation and replacement of pavement layers and bitumen seal restoration, inclusive of traffic control, environmental management and safety controls. Works are to be carried out in accordance with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) RMPC routine maintenance guidelines which provides routine maintenance related technical information and standardised repair methodologies on Queensland state-controlled road network. Tenderers are required to refer to these guidelines and TMR’s technical standards during delivery of the Works to ensure the delivery of consistent maintenance standards across the state-controlled road network.
