The Town of Port Hedland (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a sole supplier for the Supply and Lay of Bituminous Asphalt and other associated services for work within the Principal’s boundaries. The appointed contractor will be expected to be able to provide: • Inspection of initial road conditions; • Notification of works to public, stakeholders and emergency services; • Obtain approvals prior to mobilisation, set up and manage traffic management for each site; • Cleaning/Sweeping of road surface; • Minor road repairs for surfacing; • Profiling of asphalt tie ins; • Tack coat of existing seals; • Supply and Lay of Bituminous Asphalt; • Supply and Install of 7mm primer seal if required; • Provide compliance QA documentation
