This tender is for the establishment of a panel of providers of commercial cleaning services for Council facilities internal and external. Council previously listed this service under Miscellaneous in their Cleaning Services Panel however the need for focused supply has become evident. The pre-qualification process provides Council with a list of hire rates for Cleaning Services Contractors that may be available for work during the period. Contractors may work anywhere within the Balonne Shire Council on works organised by Council. Contractors may be required to operate independently of, or with Council staff for periods of time throughout the year.
