Swan Hill Rural City Council has identified a need for refurbishment of the Nyah Community Centre change room facilities. The plumbing and amenity infrastructure is worn out, leaking and difficult to clean making it unhygienic. The space also requires refurbishment to allow for gender neutral access to change facilities for sporting activities in order to create a more equitable use of the space. Council invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a Tender to oversee and undertake the refurbishment of the Nyah Community Centre change room facilities, as per the detailed design drawing & specification. Tenderers are encouraged to attend the non-mandatory site visit to be held as follows: Location: Nyah Community Centre, 34-50 River Street, Nyah Vic 3594 Time: 10.00AM Date: Wednesday 14 August 2024 Please email tenders@swanhill.vic.gov.au by 4:00pm the 13 August 2024 to register your attendance.
