This project is located at the Council Depot at 2-22 Old Bay Road, Deception Bay and the SES Depot at 24-52 Old Bay Road, Deception Bay. The objective of this project is to provide a new SES facility with suitable operational, training and storage (equipment and vehicle) space to accommodate existing membership and cater for future growth. The project will be undertaken over a number of stages. Stage 1 - Construction of the new SES depot, driveways, pathways, and landscaping Stage 2 - Demolition of the existing SES Depot and new carpark construction Please Note - Stage 1 works will need to be fully completed, before Stage 2 works can proceed.
