Summary and scope
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of concrete and miscellaneous maintenance services, which shall be set out in a panel arrangement as follows: Panel A - Concrete Replacement Services - one (1) primary contractor to carry out urgent, priority and routine maintenance works orders and (2) two reserved Contractors to be engaged to provide maintenance works when the primary contractor is unavailable. Panel B - Concrete Grinding Services - one (1) Primary contractor to carry out the work and one (1) Reserve to be engaged to provide maintenance works when the primary contractor is unavailable. Panel C - Miscellaneous Services – one (1) Primary contractor to carry out the routine maintenance work and one (1) reserve to be engaged to provide maintenance works when the primary contractor is unavailable. The Tenderer shall clearly identify in the Invitation to Supply - Proposal for Completion - Part D which panel they are tendering for. The initial term of the contract is for three years.
