Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the provision of Design and Construct for the replacement of Judges Tower at Mount Isa Race Club. The successful Tenderer will be engaged via Racing Queensland’s Design and Works agreement to complete the works. The following Request For Tender documentation is available to be downloaded strictly via Vendor Panel. Please find attached RQ03815 conditions and documentation issued with the RFT: • This Invitation Letter; • Scope of Works Document • RFT/Non-Price Response Schedule; (returnable) • Pricing Schedule; (returnable) • RQ’s Design and Works Agreement TEMPLATE only; • RQ Conditions of Tendering; • Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct; and • Conflict of Interest Declaration (returnable) Please acknowledge the receipt of this email including your intent to offer response to this RFT by email to procurement@racingqueensland.com.au by Friday 13th September 2024. Offers may only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel, no later than 2pm (AEST) on Friday 18th October 2024. The closing time and date nominated in this Request For Tender is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. An optional site inspection will be held at Mount Isa Racing Club. Tenderers interested in the site inspection are to advise along with your intention to offer and we will notify you directly once a date has been finalised. Further details will be provided via email prior to the date of the inspection. Site inspection/visit will be held at Mount Isa Racing Club on the 1st October 2024. Please rsvp for this site visit by emailing Procurement@racingqueensland.com.au Further details will be provided via response email to your RSVP.
