Summary and scope
Moreton Bay City Council requires grounds maintenance activities to be undertaken at facilities and public spaces across the city. Services generally include mowing, pathway edging, whipper snipping, pruning, general landscape maintenance, vegetation control (including chemical and mechanical control) and litter removal. Council’s grounds maintenance services are broken into approximately 18 different categories of service (referred to as service Portions herein) across the local government area. Council is currently seeking to procure contractors for the provision of service in the following Portions: Cemeteries (Portion 8) Redcliffe Peninsula Line Shared Path Corridor (Portion 9) It is intended that for each of the above Portions, a primary service provider be appointed under the proposed Regional Grounds Maintenance Services (Group 1) Preferred Supplier Arrangement.
