Summary and scope
Council is currently developing a Register of Pre-qualified Contractors/Suppliers (RPQS) For the Provision of Hire of Plant (Wet and/or Dry). This initiative will lead to the use of a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA). It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 November 2024, for an initial term of two years that will expire on 31 October 2026. There will be two extension periods of twelve months each, that may be executed at Council’s discretion and mutual acceptance from the Contractor/s of the proposed price variation mechanism. Council may also refresh the panel either partially or in its entirety.
