Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council invites tenders from qualified individuals and organisations to design, manufacture, deliver, and install demountable structures and toilet blocks for the upcoming LightState project, including the Trail of Lights (TOL) and Fibre Optic Symphonic Orchestra (FOSO) installations. These structures will enhance the visitor experience and support the operational needs of these experiences. The detailed project scope, provided in the attached “Scope Information” document, outlines the minimum requirements for the customised demountable structures and toilet blocks. Key components include: • 1 x AV Container: Serving as the control hub for the FOSO installation. • 1 x Ticket Booth: For visitor ticketing and access management. • 2 x Multipurpose Structures: Housing a site office, staff room, ticketing and merchandise sales area, and a bar for serving packaged alcohol and goods and a storage area. • 2 x Toilet Blocks: Ready for connection to power, water and waste disposal systems upon delivery. The scope document details the required specifications, including size, internal and external operational and security requirements, and a proposed fit-out layout for the multipurpose container, which serves as a design guide. Each structure also requires tie down footings designed by a certified engineer. ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.
