Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the restoration of the Scenic Rim Walking Track at the Gallop Botanic Reserve, Cooktown, as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. Council has identified an external funding opportunity for these works; the successful offer will be used for the application of funds. Council will provide the successful Tenderer with an “Intention to Award” and only upon receipt of confirmation of funding issue a formal award. Tenderers must take this into consideration when preparing their offer.
