Summary and scope
The objective of this project is to rectify the structural integrity of the main hall, refurbish the external cladding of the building and drainage along the eastside of the building to aid the subfloor rectification works. Additionally, to the main building, roof works – improvements to the drainage and a general clean of the roof sheets. Lastly, refurbishment works to the toilet block is to be completed, aim is to freshen up the space for it to look in-line with the work that is being completed at the main hall.
