Summary and scope
Livingstone Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced professionals to provide planning, approvals, designs, specification and costings for the Great Keppel Island Boardwalks Project to better understand site and design options, constraints and opportunity to clarify the boardwalk feasibility, concept and detailed design. Council's requirements in relation to the works are set out in PART 2 - Technical Specifications. Site Meeting - Thursday 10th October 2024 8:45am for 9:00am (AEST) departure to Great Keppel Island. It is estimated that return to mainland will be around 2:30pm. Prospective Tenderers wishing to attend this meeting must email tenders@livingstone.qld.gov.au no later than 10:00am Wednesday 9th October 2024. Note - Tenderers are to refer all queries through VendorPanel. Tenderers must not contact Council Officers involved in the tender evaluation panel directly. Council takes seriously the compliance to the Local Government Regulation 2012, ensuring we act in an ethical and fair dealing imperative in spend of rate payer funds.
