Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) – Trade Services Electrical & Data Panel Refresh Tender No. 2022.024F as per specification. The purpose of this invitation to tender process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards. Council’s requirements in relation to the Services are set out in PART 2 of this Invitation (Specification). Note - Tenderers are to refer all queries through VendorPanel. Tenderers must not contact Council Officers involved in the tender evaluation panel directly. Council takes seriously the compliance to the Local Government Regulation 2012, ensuring we act in an ethical and fair dealing imperative in spend of rate payer funds.
