Summary and scope
Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to refresh the existing Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Trade Services (excluding Electrical & Plumbing) who are qualified and capable of performing planned maintenance services, responsive maintenance & services, and minor capital works on Livingstone Council sites. The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services, including in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards. Council’s requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Specification). Note - Tenderers are to refer all queries through VendorPanel. Tenderers must not contact Council Officers involved in the tender evaluation panel directly. Council takes seriously the compliance to the Local Government Regulation 2012, ensuring we act in an ethical and fair dealing imperative in spend of rate payer funds. Commitment to probity within the process is maintained and documented throughout the Tender process.
