Summary and scope
Contract No. T25011 – Indoor Plants – Servicing, Maintenance and Hire Tenders are invited for the servicing, maintenance and hire of indoor office plants. Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to provide indoor plant care and hire services at various Council Buildings who has the capacity to deliver the Services with maximum efficiency and achieving high standards in accordance with Government Acts and regulations, and Council’s local laws and policies. This is a Schedule of Rates contract, subject to CPI indexing, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum spend. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
