Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council, on behalf of Hands Up Mallee, is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified organisations to provide a place-based solution, NextGen Connect – a proactive approach to supporting young people at risk of contact with the justice system that will contribute to Hands Up Mallee’s community aspiration. ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. INFORMATION SESSION: An Information Session is scheduled for Thursday, 7 November 2024 at 9.00am. Information regarding the Information Session to follow. Information Session are highly recommended but not mandatory. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
