An overview of the works required includes but is not limited to: • Investigate local transformer capacity. • Structural assessment of plantroom and platform present at roof. • Electrical loading study of precinct (Watermarc and 1 Flintoff offices). • Detailed design for electrification work. • Specification development and contract documentation. • Construction contract administration.
