CP017 - Traffic Management Services

Summary and scope

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of qualified, experienced and accredited traffic controllers, fully equipped signage vehicles, traffic control devices, communications systems and safety equipment for the control of vehicular and pedestrian traffic on, around and through the FCRC’s work/event sites (worksites) locate within Hervey Bay, Maryborough, West Maryborough and Tiaro. The contract is for 2-years with 3 x 1-year extension options with no guarantee of business and works awarded only when required. The Principal may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers. Tenderers are to nominate where they intend to tender for every separable portion (all areas) or a particular portion. Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as two files only and in the following format: - Non Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria. - Price Response Form: Excel Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a non-conforming offer.
