Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the provision of Design and Construction of Machinery Shed in Cairns Jockey Club. The successful Tenderer will be engaged via Racing Queensland’s Design and Works agreement to complete the works. Please find attached RQ03814 conditions and documentation issued with the RFT: • This Invitation Letter; • Scope of Works Document • RFT/Non-Price Response Schedule; (returnable) • Pricing Schedule; (returnable) • RQ’s Design and Works Agreement TEMPLATE only; • RQ Conditions of Tendering; • Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct; • Supplier Code of Conduct Formal Declaration Form; (returnable) and • Conflict of Interest Declaration (returnable) The target practical completion date for this activity is 30th June 2025. Please acknowledge the receipt of this email including your intent to offer response to this RFT by email to procurement@racingqueensland.com.au by Friday 20th January 2025. Offers may only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel, no later than 2pm (AEST) on Friday 24th February 2025. The closing time and date nominated in this Request For Tender is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. An optional site inspection will be held at Cairns Jockey Club. Tenderers interested in the site inspection are to advise along with your intention to offer and we will notify you directly once a date has been finalised. Further details will be provided via email prior to the date of the inspection. Site inspection/visit will be held at Cairns Jockey Club on the 4th February 2025.
