The Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit an offer for DES1252792 - Blackbraes Services Upgrades and House Ancillary Upgrades (Stage 1). QPWS&P are seeking to engage a Principal Contractor to deliver plumbing, electrical, building and civil work upgrades. The objective of this project is to establish the necessary infrastructure at Blackbraes Ranger Base, within Blackbraes National Park, to achieve service delivery into the future. Tenderers must be on the relevant PQC list by submission close. The PQC criteria are: o Project type: Civic – Building related projects – Civil works – foundation (building work) o Area of operation: North West. Tenderers are advised that the following apply to this project: • Queensland Government Building and Construction Training Policy; • Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 Project Trust Accounts; • Occupational Health and Safety Audits for Queensland Government building projects.
