This is a Contract for the supply and delivery of all materials (unless specified), provision of all labour, materials, implements, tools, machinery, and such equipment as will be necessary to deliver the works as set out in this request, the carrying out of all necessary incidental works as specified and full reinstatement of the site before completion of any works.
