### 🏗️ Expression of Interest: Supply of Fill Material for Coolum Eco Industrial Park (EDQ-4908-25) Economic Development Queensland (EDQ), the Queensland Government’s land use planning and property development agency, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply and delivery of suitable fill material for stockpiling at the Coolum Site (Research St, Coolum Beach, Lot 904 SP251584), intended for Stage 2 of the Coolum Eco Industrial Park development. **Scope & Requirements:** * **Material:** Inert, contamination-free fill. * **Quantity:** Individual offers should generally exceed 1,000 cubic metres. * **Technical Specifications:** Minimum 5-day soaked California Bearing Ratio (CBR) value of 3%; Maximum rock size 150mm. * **Compliance:** Suppliers must disclose the source of the fill, ensure it is not from a declared fire ant area (unless treated), and confirm no contamination (including acid sulfates). * **Documentation:** Geotechnical certification may be required upon request. Suppliers must possess all necessary permits for sourcing and haulage. **Process & Timeline:** This EOI is open for 12 months, during which suppliers submit a Quote to Supply document. Delivery schedules will be directed by the project engineer. Payment is contingent upon post-delivery certification and verification of quantity. **Important Notice:** The activity was temporarily suspended on 11/Apr/2025 and will reactivate when further fill is needed.
