Summary and scope
This tender has been called to engage suitably qualified and experienced tenderers to construct the extension and alterations of the Casino Rugby League Clubhouse, as per the attached design plans, bill of quantities and Part 3 - Specification. The clubhouse is situated at Queen Elizabeth Park, Casino. Works include but are not limited to – • Planning approvals (e.g. BCA Assessment, Section 68, etc) • Project and construction documents including but not limited to: o Construction and Environmental Management Plan o Work Health and Safety o Traffic and Pedestrian Management • Disconnection of services to areas of the building that are being remodelled • Demolition of required areas of existing clubhouse • Demolition of existing brick storage facility adjoining north of existing building, and remove and dispose of shipping container • Removal of perimeter fencing • Earthworks and site preparation • Construction of footings • Construction of new brick clubhouse extension and alterations to existing as per detailed designs • Complete fit out of new brick clubhouse and refurbishment of existing clubhouse including completion of: o Doors o Windows with security screens o Roof and drainage o Painting of eaves, internal walls and ceilings o Lighting and power fixtures o Kitchen o Flooring o Security system • Refurbishment of existing clubhouse exterior to seamlessly integrate with new clubhouse • Connection of existing clubhouse to new clubhouse with joined roof awning, inclusion of walkway between the buildings from main entry gate to the facility • Connection of services including water, sewer, gas and electricity • Complete pathway connection between carpark, existing accessible pathways and accessible toilets • Site restoration • Drainage repaired to clubhouse • Reconstruction of carpark area with line marking and the inclusion of minimum three accessible parking spaces • Reconstruction of fences connecting existing perimeter fence to complete clubhouse • Provide Works as Executed documentation to Council on completion of the project • Provisional items included for design of electrical and hydraulics.
