Summary and scope

Cleaning Services Virtual Briefing Meeting Prospective tenderers are invited to attend the virtual Cleaning Services RFP Briefing Meeting on Monday 3:00PM, 13 October 2025. Tenderers are required to register to attend this briefing by emailing procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au. Full details will be made available upon registration. All attendees must register their interest to attend this session by emailing the Council Contact Officer at no later than 2:00PM, Friday 10 October 2025. Site Visits Site visits will be organised for select sites/areas with a focus on sites that are not easily accessible to the public. Mainland site visit - Thursday 16 October 2025, between the hours of 07:00-17:00 (subject to change) Island site visit – Tuesday, 21 October 2025, between the hours of 07:00-17:00 (subject to change) The full itinerary, including times and instructions will be provided by Council to the registered attendees prior to the site visits. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each Tenderer are permitted to attend. All attendees must register their interest to attend by emailing the Council Contact Officer at procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au no later than 2:00PM, Tuesday 14 October 2025. While site visits are optional, it is very strongly encouraged that Tenderers attend. All costs associated with attending these sessions will be borne by the Tenderer. Tenderers will be responsible for organising their own transport to the site visit locations, including ferry or barge services. Please note the inspections will not cover every asset type nor service area covered by this tender. Tenderers are ultimately responsible for ensuring they have undertaken sufficient inspections to inform their offer. Where a site is not publicly accessible and was not included in the site inspections, the Tenderer may submit a request to Council to organise a visit. If there is sufficient interest, Council may organise a visit that all Tenders may attend.
