Summary and scope
This tender is for the establishment of a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers under a Standing Offer arrangement for the supply of trades services from suitably qualified tradespersons to perform Planned Maintenance Services, Responsive Maintenance Services and Minor Capital Works on Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) sites, comprising Administration Centres, Town Halls, Public Amenities, Depots, Airport and Residential Properties. The term of the Contract will be for two (2) years and will commence on 1 March 2026. The parties have the option to extend the agreement by two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. Suppliers located within the Rockhampton Regional Council boundaries are encouraged to submit an offer.
