Summary and scope
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is seeking suitably experienced and capable commercial cleaning providers to carry out cleaning services across Council’s Building and Facility Portfolio. The Contract will be separated into following areas based on geographical locations: a) Area 1 – Proserpine Region; b) Area 2 – Cannonvale / Airlie Beach Region; c) Area 3 – Bowen Region; d) Area 4 – Collinsville Region; e) Area 5 – Dingo Beach / Hydeaway Bay Region; f) Area 6 – Conway / Wilson Beach and Cedar Creek Region; and g) Area 7 – Whitsunday Coast Airport - Lascelles Avenue, Gunyarra, QLD 4800. Council reserves the right to award in whole or part. The contract will be offered for a period of two (2) years, with one additional 12-month extension at Council’s sole discretion.
