T26007 – Infrastructure Works to East Malvern Tennis Club

Summary and scope

Contract No. T26007 - Infrastructure Works to East Malvern Tennis Club Tenders are invited for undertaking the External Infrastructure refurbishment Works to East Malvern Tennis Club. City of Stonnington seeks the services of an experienced, qualified and licensed Contractor to undertake the redevelopment works of the external infrastructure surrounding the Pavilion Building to enhance the user and spectator experience across the East Malvern Tennis Club facility, and overall access to the Clubhouse Pavilion and Courts. An optional tender briefing is being held on site Monday 13 October 2025 at 11:00am. Please refer to the RFT Invitation for further details. These Infrastructure Works will include demolition of the existing spectator seating bleachers, adjoining retaining walls and structures, parts of the existing shared walkway (including the coach’s box) and a partial demolition of the existing swimming pool, and in turn, introducing new pathways, stairs, ramps for improved circulation around the pavilion and first six courts, along with the provisions for improved, compliant spectator seating, accompanying structure and a new shared walkway adjoining the Clubhouse. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
