Summary and scope

Central Highlands Regional Council are seeking a suitable contractor to develop the design and carry out the construction of a canteen facility including dry storage, coldroom, club storerooms and a bar/function area at the McIndoe Park Sporting Complex in Emerald. The works are to include building and plumbing certification, installation of all services and connection to supply, fit out of the canteen, all finishes and fixtures, earthworks and demolition of existing “Bob Love” club house building.
